Recipes:

Badly Cut Sauce Recipe:

1- For this legendry dish, saute 1 lb. mushrooms.
2- Use 8 oz. skim milk, 6 oz. whole milk, or 4 oz. light cream.
3- Add to Nantucket Marinara Sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
4- For best results, use wide, flat pasta noodles.

Angel Hair Sauce Recipe:

1- For this famous dish, saute 1 lb. shrimp until thoroughly cooked, add to Nantucket Marinara Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
2- For best results use angel hair pasta and season to taste.
